Silver

Team Canada lost a tough, well fought game to the US team at the Women's Under 18 World Hockey Championships. Our girls come home today, with heads held high for a great job, well done.
I don't care about the colour of the medal - I'm very proud of my niece and her teammates.

What I find disturbing is that I had to find this information out from a knitting blog! I had no idea there was a women's under-18 going on -- there has been NOTHING in the media. Not even a one-sentence mention, anywhere. (My husband just shrugs as I rant, although he thinks it's pretty funny about the knitting blog part.)

Congrats to the girls on their silver.

You can always win, but you can always be a winner by the game that you play.

Way to go, ladies. (insert media rant)......The media people need to do a better job.

Wow, that's pretty impressive!! And a very neat thing to be able to put on their resumés one day.

Congratulations to all!
